Jordan's Jubran Restaurant Offers Unique Views and Dishes

Jubran Restaurant in Amman, Jordan

A review by Dr. Ramzi Salti, Stanford University

Jubran Restaurant is by far one of my favorite spots in Amman because it combines ambiance, views, and quality foods atop one of the Abdali Boulevard Buildings in one of Amman's most frequented areas.

From the moment you enter, you are welcomed by screens showing quotes by the late Lebanese poet Kahlil Gibran (for whom the restaurant is named)--an experience that takes you away into a journey of international culinary treats and delights.  The food is varied, not just Lebanese, the mezze scrumptious and they even have shishas for those who wish to partake.

The restaurant manager was extremely gracious as was our host Mr. Maayta whose beaming personality reflects the mood of the place.  Our server Abedlrhman Kamel was absolutely delightful and professional.  5 stars all around.
